Aim of the Project

-          Provide workers (both young people and adult workers) and employers with new delivery learning supply focused on KETs and Industry related;

-          Increase awareness among key stakeholders regarding the social and organizational changes broughtabout by new ways of manufacturing;

-          Involve regulatory bodies and stakeholders at regional and European level in developing integrated policies supporting Industry.

 

Activities

  • Develop an innovative European framevork of cempetences;
  • Design at European level a post – secondary VET curriculum;
  • Develop modular contents and materials using digital and innovative tecnologies;
  • Design and develop a shared framevork to assess and certify the competences.

 

 

Project results

  • A European shared framework of competences in mechatronics (including transnational joint programmes awarded by all VET providers) focused on ESCO framework “Mechatronics engineering technician” occupation.
  • A European shared general model .
  • New appropriated and relevant learning methodologies for the curricula in mechatronic fields.
  • A European working and learning space ( website and new metro e learning platform).
  • An innovative and effective strategy supporting a better school to work transition.
  • An increased cooperation and dialogue between VET institutions , experts, companies and employers representatives across Europe.
  • A boosted and shaped common knowledge and vision on qualifications and training process.
  • A strengthened and fruitful cooperation.
  • Recommendations to policy makers.
