Annotation: Providing excellent customer service is essential to the long term viability of every business. A satisfied customer is one of the most important conditions for the successful operation of the company. Those who work with the client have to be able to provide information, to find out the customer's desires and to persuade even if the customer has a negative tuned lose temper in conflict situations and know how to build and manage relationships with customers.
