Food and Beverage Service Management

Annotation: The aim of the programme is to prepare qualified service manager that organizes daily catering work and daily banquets, using effective methods of service through the process of education connected with catering sector.  
In cooperation with the waiters and bartenders, the manager will monitor customer service business processes. He/she will work with the guests in the hall and at the bar by serving drinks and food. The manager will know how to communicate and keep in touch with guests in national and foreign language.
